We offer refunds or a 110% store gift card as long as the product is:

• Returned in original condition
• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• Not damaged in any way

If you want to use our return label, please just email us at hello@halska.com.au and we will send you a label to attach to your and deduct $10 from your refund. If you choose the 110% gift voucher, we will cover the shipping label.

It depends on where you are. We process orders within 1-2 days from the time of ordering and they will be on their way to you within 8-12 business day.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on your location.
