We aim to fulfil orders within 48 hours of you placing your order between Monday - Friday.

We use Australia post for all domestic orders which have a standard delivery time of 8-12 days.

We use Australia post for international shipping which have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks for NZ, US and UK, with 2-8 for other locations.

We try and fulfil orders as fast as we can, but if you contact us before we've fulfilled, we're happy to cancel.

We will be able to refund you the full amount if you catch it before it flies out!

As we're closing down we no longer accept refunds or exchanges, sorry!

When you're at the checkout there will be a section to enter your code. Please note that only one discount can be applied at a time to an order.

If you are waiting an unreasonable amount of time for your order please just get in touch so we can investigate.
