We aim to fulfil orders within 48 hours of you placing your order between Monday - Friday.

We are based in Cronulla, NSW, Australia meaning that shipping times will vary depending on your location. We use Australia post for all domestic orders which have a standard delivery time of 8-12 days.

We use Australia post for international shipping which have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks for NZ, US and UK, with 2-8 for other locations.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to set a secure shipping address, HALSKA is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to your nominated address.
LATE PARCELS
Once we have fulfilled the order with Australia Post or another shipping provider, HALSKA is not responsible for late or delayed parcels.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
HALSKA will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense.
